who am I?

I believe happiness is the sum of meaningful relationships and memorable experiences.

I think life is both beautiful and cruel.

I support equal rights, economic justice, and environmental stewardship. If we agree on these three ideas, the rest will take care of itself.

I was born in New York City, but I have always felt a kinship with the stillness and freedom of the mountains.

I live in Vermont, but I still get turned on by the energy of a vibrant city.

what am I?

I am a creative director. It’s been my title for years for many companies. I still don’t know what it means.

I am an art director. I dream up stories that capture the essence of a brand, convey the spirit of time and place, and create a showcase for great products.

I am a designer. Great design is sometimes hard to define or describe. But people know it, or even feel it, when they see it.

I am a collaborator. I work with writers. I work with photographers. I work with merchants. I work with agencies. But ultimately, I work for the customer who experiences the soul of a brand.

I’m an image creator. I’m a visual storyteller. I’m a brand builder.
